
Kim Russell – Director Lead Consultant Lead agricultural management . A highly respected Australian agricultural executive with more than 30 years’ experience across agribusiness, soil health, irrigation, sustainability and climate adaptation. He holds a Bachelor of Agricultural Science and an MBA, and is a Fellow of the Australian Rural Leadership Program. Kim has managed large-scale farming enterprises, led agricultural advisory businesses and held senior industry positions including Executive Director of the Australian National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage (ANCID) and Chair of Southern Farming Systems. He has co-founded several sustainability-focused organisations and undertaken agricultural consulting throughout Australia, India and China. His expertise supports TNO’s commercial deployment, agronomic strategy and grower engagement.
